These Terms of Service govern access to and use of rbcomshop.com. Product purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale and other policies linked below.
1. Website operator and acceptance
This website is operated by RBCOM, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU), share capital EUR 1,500, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 825 053 002, SIRET 825 053 002 00010, VAT number FR27 825053002, with registered office at 577 Avenue General de Gaulle, 69760 Limonest, France.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you purchase a product, the Terms of Sale, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over conflicting terms.
2. Eligibility and customer accounts
You must have legal capacity to use the store and enter into a purchase contract. If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential, providing accurate information and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. We may request verification reasonably necessary to protect the account or prevent fraud.
3. Store information and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and production tolerances may cause minor differences in color or appearance. Measurements may be approximate where stated.

4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or checkout functions.
Introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape the website at unreasonable scale or disrupt its operation.
Copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where law allows.
Submit content that infringes rights, is defamatory, abusive or deceptive.
Use false identity, delivery or payment information.
5. Intellectual property
The website, product names, original product designs, photographs, graphics, text, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to RBCOM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license.
6. Reviews and submitted content
If the store allows reviews or other submissions, you must have the right to provide the content and it must reflect a genuine experience. You grant RBCOM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws. We may moderate unlawful, irrelevant, misleading or abusive content but do not undertake to monitor every submission.
7. Third-party services and links
The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and delivery services, and may contain external links. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. RBCOM is not responsible for independent websites, but this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy at https://rbcomshop.com/policies/privacy-policy. Non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used only subject to the consent rules described there.
9. Service availability and liability
We use reasonable care to keep the website available and secure, but temporary interruptions, maintenance or technical errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, RBCOM is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when these terms were accepted, or losses arising from misuse of the website. Consumer remedies relating to purchased goods are governed by mandatory law and the Terms of Sale.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law or respond to a serious breach. Any restriction will be proportionate where circumstances allow. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, liability and governing-law provisions, remain effective.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply. Competent courts are determined by mandatory procedural and consumer-protection rules.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless law permits or the parties agree.
